WIWA RAPID Low pressure pumps Series ensure dispensing and pumping of almost any type of liquid without loss or spillage. Transferable materials: Corrosive or non-corrosive fluids, emulsions, dispersions, oils, stains, lacquers, solvents, isocyanate, insecticides, release agents, cutting oils, and a wide range of chemicals.

Infinity Diaphragm Pumps feature Stainless steel seats on all pumps with Stainless steel or Teflon balls available on most. They do not require lubrication in most applications. The Air motor valve is designed to apply constant air pressure to both the pilot and major shift valves to enhance performance and reduce pulsation .Hence, they are good for abrasion, solids handling, and shear sensitive materials and are ideal for the reliable and affordable spray or transfer of low pressure, high volume coatings. Pressure ratios include 1:1 and 3:1 The pump will not be damaged in the event that the fluid supply has become depleted. Suitable for multiple spray guns and bulk transfer applications. A shorter stroke version is available to reduce pulsation and flow / delivery is close to half the normal unit. Pumps are available bare or packaged on pail, wall mount bracket, etc.

The air-driven WIWA Low Pressure Pumps are ideal for use in paint recirculation systems. The Series 150 Low Pressure Pumps are especially suited for transferring fluid materials of all viscosities to one or more dispensing stations, and for conventional paint spraying.

Applicable materials: Coating materials of all viscosities, water-based lacquers, solvents, oil and grease, cutting fluids, strippers, adhesives, sealers, tars, epoxies, undercoating, roofing and insulation materials, noise suppressants and other high viscosity materials with high solids content.
