This type of filter consists of two (2) sheets of heavy cardboard paper formed into double accordion type folds with staggered holes to provide a highly efficient filter. Dimensions: H90xL924cm & H100xL1038cm. Paint laden air is drawn into the filter by the spray booth fan and is forced to change direction four times causing the paint to stick to the surface of the filter before the fan exhausts it into the atmosphere.

This filter is a commercial grade media designed to remove paint over-spray in spray booths. The filter media has a progressive density construction which allows over-spray to penetrate deep into the filter while ensuring a free air flow through it. When the filter is clean, dirt particles penetrate deeper before being trapped. As the back of the filter loads up, particles are caught progressively closer to the air entering surface. This exclusive design eliminates face loading, increases arrestance and ensures cleaner air.

The filter displays excellent resistance to acetone containing solvents. It retains its strength and thickness throughout its natural lifecycle, protecting exhaust ducts, fans and motors from unnecessary dust loading.
