Seven years ago we decided to make our base Airless model the WIWA PROFIT3032 forgoing smaller, slightly cheaper units in favour of a higher capacity and pressure unit. Less wear, larger tips & hose lengths could be used. Ratio 32:1, output at 14cc/cycle. The next model in the Profit range is the 4032 at 32:1, 27cc/cycle – almost twice the volume.
Field of Application: Furniture, joinery, small fabrication and machinery.
Air motor and fluid pump are separated by a closed lube chamber. Specially formulated lubricant prevents hardening of paint film onto fluid piston and also prolongs packing lifetime. Hard chromed fluid piston, tungsten carbide ball seats and stainless steel ball valves provide excellent wear resistance. Dual filter system (suction and high pressure filter) support continuous service.
We stock similar pumps of larger capacity such as the Effective, Perfect and Super series which fill the gap prior to the big Guns.

Field of Application: The new WIWA series for heavy corrosion protection. This equipment is particularly suited for large tip sizes and multiple spray guns
Equipment with higher pressure ratios models 28048, 28064 and 24071 are especially suited for high-viscosity, low- or solvent-free materials having a high concentration of solids and are ideally suited for use in paint circulation systems. Optimal for larger tip sizes, greater hose lengths and higher spraying pressures.
The models 38032, 38042, 44024 and 44032 are used for coarsely pigmented or abrasive materials with low- or medium viscosity. Wear and tear are minimized due to high rates of output and low stroke speeds, even when working with large tip sizes and materials with high solid content.

WIWA 500 F
[Often used with return manifold for Hot-spray systems or materials that settle quickly] Robust Airless spray gun with 4-finger trigger and front inlet. Especially recommended for zinc coatings and other materials which are abrasive. Stainless steel is used for all parts which come in contact with the material being sprayed, so that the 500 F is ideal for use with water-based coatings. The front inlet prevents heating of components which contact the hand, making the 500 F ideal for hot-spray application. For consistent material temperatures, we recommend the WIWA hot-spray circulation system with return manifold.

Our base model air assist unit is the 3514 Profit unit at 14:1 ratio, output of 20cc/cycle. Next in the range is the 4032 at 32:1, 27cc/cycle. The greater volume compared to other brands ensures the tip remains full when spraying at lower pressures, reducing the tendency to pulsate. Following pumps in the Air assist format include the WIWA Effective 5032, and Perfect 7030 series at 30:1 ratio - 40cc / cycle. |
