Hot Melt



NEW – To give better service to our customers we recently expanded our adhesive solutions with the addition of technically advanced hotmelt products from HB Fullers – The range of hotmelt materials is large and growing. As with aquaphuse, always use the specific tools to get the job done right, not a cheap general product that is an average or non-performer.


2K Waterborne adhesive systems

The advantage in using Waterbased adhesives is that they are SOLVENT FREE. Huge health and safety advantages - reduced Fire Risk – lower insurance costs. Areas of use: Upholstery, Bedding, Polystyrene bonding, Air-conditioning Insulation.

NEW!! The MU-004 Demo / miniaturised production UNIT continues the highly successful range of our quality single user applicators: SS tanks, material filter, one way valves,  flush mounted flow meter and iso valve on air intake; together with Binks 2K spraygun &  tri-hose assembly – a compact workhorse


We supply and recommend the HB Fuller Aquaphuse 2K Adhesive. This equipment was designed for this glue and other manufacturers may have similar glues that are suitable with minor modifications

The Aquaphuse and catalyst are available in 25kg, 200kg and 1100kg bulk tanks for pump station application.


The Binks Mach 1 2k spraygun is designed to apply two component waterborne contact adhesives with the catalyst injection through a secondary needle and manifold assembly feeding into the aircap. Activator is then blended with atomised adhesive material within the spray pattern It is the probably the best quality, high performance plural component spray gun available today. It's superbly balanced forged aluminium body offers extra comfort and control.



NEWS The DeVilbiss 2K Automatic spray gun is still available from us – No one else modifies the standard auto gun for this application





PS-004 MAINLINE 2K ADHESIVE PUMP STATION: 1 Each A&B ½” Double diaphragm pump units coupled to anti pulsation / surge chambers. Complete with siphon and interconnecting hosing, isolation valves, air regulators / gauges mounted on freestanding frame. All Stainless fittings and nickelled ball valves are used where possible. Pipe work and takeoffs to pump system or gun control points should be allowed for as they are not part of pump station.


ICP-002 Individual spray gun Control Panel which comprises: Binks 2k manual waterborne spray gun c/w activator mechanism, 15' tri-hose assembly [or Binks equivalent], flowmeter, spray gun air regulator / gauge, on/off valves for adhesive and air [catalyst flowmeter incorporates its own valve] mounted on alloy baseplate, which can be plumbed in at desired location. This is a standardised item to ensure operator consistency, and ease of further addition as required.
